According to the 2005 Mastio Company Customer Service Survey, Interconn ranked third out of thirty-two regional gas marketers in North America. Interconn continues to build upon this success each year, never losing sight that its core business begins with you, the customer.

COMMITTED
Interconn is the only company in the industry that provides a Customer Service Pledge. This pledge illustrates a unique approach to customer service that sets Interconn apart from the competition. For example, customers are still greeted promptly by individuals in a personable, courteous and helpful manner, not passed to voicemail. All employees are also cross trained so that more than one employee is able to handle your request.

ENTERPRISING
In May 2007, Interconn announced the opening of its new Florida Division headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. The Division now represents approximately 15 percent of Interconn's daily sales, with a growing customer base that includes clientele in the steel, healthcare, hospitality, and food products industries.

The first quarter of 2010 also brought exciting news of a partnership between Interconn Resources and Energy Source Canada through a joint venture called Energy Source Natural Gas Services. Headquartered in Ontario, the new venture will follow the same business model that has led to the success of both companies, taking advantage of Energy Source Canada’s growing reach into the Ontario natural gas market and Interconn’s broad and extensive natural gas experience in the United States. The venture will open up new supply chains, improve flexibility in securing the best price, and provide end users with more service options.

Even as business continues to grow, Interconn has not lost sight of its number one objective; to provide consistently great natural gas service for its customers. We, at Interconn, are proud of our continued accomplishments and increased market presence. Total revenues exceed $650 million and average daily sales have increased by seventy percent in the past five years. Interconn also manages over 2.5 billion cubic feet of customer storage capacity. Support for this growth is provided by a large credit facility from a major international bank.

ENTREPRENEURIAL
Interconn Resources was incorporated as a private company in Alabama in 1997 and completed its first year with revenues in excess of $10 million dollars. By 1999, Interconn was listed as the seventh fastest growing new company in the U.S. by Dunn and Bradstreet's Entrepreneur Magazine with revenues exceeding $26 million. Kevin R. Stump, Founder, Owner, and CEO of Interconn Resources, continues to lead Interconn as a highly successful company and one of the few private, independent natural gas marketing companies in the country. From day one, Interconn's core objective was to provide excellent customer service and creative solutions for managing natural gas supplies, transportation, and storage needs for its customers.

Today, in addition to Mr. Stump as CEO and Mr. Tad Templeton as President, Interconn employs eight highly respected professionals with over one hundred and twenty years of combined industry experience. Interconn's team of professionals and sterling reputation are its biggest assets, second only to the customers it serves. Lack of management layers allows Interconn to make quick, but prudent decisions and respond promptly to customer needs. We, at Interconn, understand that exceptional response time is critical to customers operating in the realities of a dynamic natural gas commodities market. We are proud to report that Interconn’s customer retention rate continues to exceed 99%.

"Interconn Resources was awarded a fixed price contract in June of 2005 for direct supply of natural gas to the US Air Force at the following performance locations: Patrick Air Force Base, John F. Kennedy Space Center, and Cape Canaveral, Florida. Interconn Resources was selected out of a total of 132 proposals and 29 respondents."
